Returns and exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Perishable products (like food or flowers)

• Digital downloads

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

We offer a 30 Day return Policy. Item has to be in the same condition as received.

 

Payment

We happily accept PayPal. We also accept all major credit cards through Etsy's credit card direct checkout FOR PURCHASES UNDER $1,500.00 ONLY. For purchases of $1,500.00 or more, we DO NOT accept major credit cards or Etsy gift cards. If you would like to pay through money order, check, or another way, please send us a message.

 

Shipping

We use Usps as our main shipping method with insurance. We ship 1-2 days after payment received.

 

Additional policies and FAQs

​

We offer to size on most rings we sell. The cost is $20 for the fist-size and $15 for each additional size thereafter. I have more than 50 years of experience and I specialize in all aspects of Antique and general Jewelry repairs.
